Andrew Degiorgio is the owner of AD BODYTECH and we pride ourselves on being a body building gym, with a cardio area and also an aerobics room where there's Ju Jitsu, Combat Kick Boxing, Grappling classes for adults and kids. We have a protein shop which sells a variety of protein tubs, creatine tablets, creatine powder, tribulus tablets, pre work out drinks, recovery drinks, slimming tablets, ready made protein drinks and protein machines which sell in pint or half pint glasses.
We also have a variety of protein bars, carb drinks, whey isolate drinks and a variety of energy drinks. We give FREE dietary advice and have men and women changing rooms with showers and a sauna available. At AD Bodytech we have a large car park which is free to all members of the gym or day pass guests.
