Evolve Fitness for Women set out to open a gym that caters for those women who do not feel comfortable training in mixed gyms for whatever reason. It is a gym run by women, for women. So if you want to achieve your health and fitness goals in a relaxed, comfortable and men free zone, it does not matter who you are, where you are from, whether you are young or old, fit or unfit, you will always be welcome at Evolve Fitness for Women.
At Evolve Fitness for Women, the atmosphere is that of one big family. You will feel welcomed and looked after from the moment you step in, to the point you step out. Even if you have never stepped foot in a gym before, we assure you, you will instantly feel at home in our relaxed, friendly atmosphere. You will instantly realise that our health club is a world apart from others and any fears or apprehensions you had will disappear.
On joining, you will be offered an Induction.
