1st Class is a family owned business 100% committed to helping you achieve the fitness results you want; both the separate Ladies and Men's gym rooms have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and are well equipped with treadmills, rowers, cardio and weight machines.
We want you to feel at home straight away, all potential members are invited to look around before they join. We are happy to discuss your goals; in fact we welcome the opportunity to do so, that way we can tailor a training programme to reach those goals with a full induction to the equipment and on-going support whenever you need it.
We understand the need to fit individual budgets, so we offer a number of flexible memberships. We also recognise that for some, joining a gym can make them feel a little nervous, and for this reason we offer every prospective member a no obligation, free consultation.
