We are an all female staffed gym in Gateshead offering a high quality service at a low cost. Our staff are extremely supportive and provide all our members with personalised fitness programs to suit their requirements. We provide a full range of gym equipment, toning tables and vibro station as well as a range of fitness and toning classes to keep members motivated and driven to continue their journey into fitness!
