About the Business
Phoenix Fitness Solutions was originally set up in April 2010 as a Personal Training and private members studio. Since then though the company has grown and established into a professional Rehabilitation and Fitness Centre. The services now on offer range much more widely to cater for different ages and abilities. From post- operative rehab clients to the everyday gym-goer; Phoenix Fitness Solutions strives to provide support and aid for everyone.
Sports and Physical Activity have always been my passion. I played Rugby from a young age but then injured my knee quite badly and struggled to get back into playing. Through my rehabilitation I developed an interest in this area and its this interest that has carried me to where I am now in my career.
The body achieves what the mind believes. This is relevant to all our goals whether it be to run a marathon, loose 3 stone or be able to walk comfortably around the park again.
