Our highly equipped free weights area is as good, if not better than most gyms in the area. We have dumbbells from 2.5kg, to 50kg in 2.5kg increments. We have over a 1000kg in weight plates, 6 Olympic (20kg bars) plus a wide variety of different racks from fixed bench press to a squat rack.
