Since joining VVV I have lost over 5 stone and feel fabulous! After having a hip replacement and various knee problems I didn't think I was going to be able to exercise but VVV's aquafit classes and their staffs support and encouragement have spurred me on!
After a dense stroke which left me in a wheelchair and unable to walk I was advised by a physiotherapist to enrol with VVV health and fitness club for an exercise program. Since this time I have attended every week using exercise apparatus with the help of their instructors. As a result of the excellence of their assistance my fitness and mobility has greatly improved to the point that I can now walk again! I would strongly recommend anybody to join VVV, a club where their individual needs are catered for.
