The Fresh Air Gym

If you've promised yourself that one day you'll set aside the time to undertake a health & fitness makeover then we're the team to make this happen. We'll arrange sessions to fit your schedule. We'll tailor your programme to meet your goals. Boot Camp is personal training in a group environment making it a more affordable and more fun way to acheive your goals. Its outdoor all year round so your body will burn more calories and work harder than an indoor workout.
