There is a vibrant community of people: a group of men and women of all ages, from all walks of life, and with many different goals. There are people just starting their fitness journeys, people who have had injuries and people battling illnesses, marathon runners, and even boxers training for tournaments - everyone is in it together. The most striking part is how encouraging and supportive they are of each other's goals.

There are people who have never run in their lives learning to run alongside marathon runners encouraging them every step of the way, Mums lifting weights next to soldiers and experienced weight lifters, others whose goals are to lose large amounts of weight and change bad habits, people who want to strengthen and sculpt their bodies, and people who just want to improve what they have or to rehabilitate after injury.
