Jane, the studio owner, will discuss where you are now and where you want to be after assessing your current fitness, your goals and the time you have available and then create a complete training plan unique to you - even work out a healthy eating strategy. Throughout your programme progress will be monitored and adjusted to keep your training at an optimum level.

The studio has an arsenal of equipment, such as free weights, TRX, Kettle Bells and alongside all the usual equipment Jane is a specialist in using the the Power Plate - a unique piece of equipment that enhances your workout and targets problem areas, burns fat quicker than any other piece of kit, helps build your energy levels, enhances endurance in general fitness and sports related training.
