About the Business

You don't need a stack of heavy weights or expensive equipment to get the body or the quality of life you deserve. As your personal trainer it's my job to train you to meet your goals, whether it's weight loss or muscle building. I can guide you through posture training and flexibility training in the form of pilates to help relieve aches and pains or improve your performance and recovery for sports.

You don't need to be an athlete or training for competitive sports to benefit from your own personal trainer. If you're in the Bolton area and want me to train you I have the knowledge and experience to help you to recover from injuries old and new and help you recover mobility, or simply become a happier, healthier you.
