The Gym facilities are open 7 days, including Bank Holidays. Young or old, complete novice or experienced gym user, we can assist you. Whether you wish to lose weight, increase size & strength or improve performance, we have the knowledge and equipment to help you achieve your target.
For all new clients we offer a comprehensive gym induction and personal programme to help you achieve your goals, at no additional charge. Throughout your time with us our friendly, qualified and experienced gym staff are on hand to give you advice, ensuring you get the most from your gym membership. We actively encourage you to regularly review your training programme, to ensure you improve and ultimately achieve success.
