About the Business
Richmondshire Leisure Trust (RLT) was established by Richmondshire District Council in 2005 to ensure that the long-term management of Richmond Swimming Pool was in safe hands. Colburn Leisure Centre and Liberty Health Club also fall under the management remit of the Trust, greatly increasing our range of leisure activities in North Yorkshire.
Richmondshire Leisure Trust are an organisation that can be depended upon to promote health and fitness in the community through our provision of high quality leisure facilities. You can depend on us to deliver on our promises because we are a charitable leisure management organisation that operates on a not for profit basis. Richmondshire Leisure Trust are a registered charity that uses surplus income to reinvest in the leisure facilities and activities provided to the community.
Local volunteers form our Board of Trustees and we depend on them to determine the strategic direction of the Trust.
