Yes, PHASE ONE is a working Centre, for people who want to train, reach goals and get fitter. We believe that people need an environment in which they feel comfortable to enthuse their desire to get fit. We also believe that staff and instructors are here to help and to build a rapport with the members.
Our staff are approachable and get to know members personally. Each instructor is highly qualified and has immense amounts of knowledge to impart. A well structured 30 minute work out is far more effective than an inefficient hour session. Each member is treated as an individual. That said, anyone who wants to get on with their own routine is allowed to do so. Mon & Fri, 9am-6pm weekends.
