About the Business
Windsors fitness is a family owned business which opened in October, 2008. Listening to our members requests, we opened a 'free weights' area and a larger studio. April 2012 we have introduced a 'Mums on the Run' Membership. Mums on the run is from 8.30 to 3.30pm Monday to Friday to coincide with school times. March 2014 - We have just had a Queenax Multifunctional Training Suite Installed - fantastic fun workout - great for group training and corporate team building. We believe you que for busses not treadmills! Our staff look forward to showing you around - without the sales pitch!
