Advance Gym is Reading's premier town centre gym. A centre of excellence spread over two floors and based on Friar Street right in the heart of Reading town centre. Advance Gym has a wide range of equipment, a very friendly atmosphere and highly experienced instructors and personal trainers. Advance Gym's aim is to increase health and fitness education to members, to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and to get training results with our members. In addition to the facilities provided at Advance Gym, all Advance Gym members receive FREE membership of Buzz Gym. Buzz Gym is a new state of the art Reading Gym based on Kings Road in Reading, just a few minutes walk from The Oracle Shopping Centre.
