About the Business
All inclusive membership means there's no need to worry about the hidden extras and offers excellent value for money. The price includes group classes, personalised programmes, fitness assessments, regular weigh and measure, use of saunas, use of vibration training. If you use the gym in quite periods we will also offer you greater help and support, like personal training without the cost.
We like to get to know our members and this is why we call ourselves the 'gym with the personal touch'. Our staff are qualified fitness professionals (mainly level 3) but more than this we take care to recruit people who are friendly and motivated to help our members. The gym is equipped with Lifefitness cardio and strength machines along with free weights.
