About the Business
We have many listened to our clients intently and in doing so, feel we have created Health Club that is second to none in terms of facilities and services. We have state of the art equipment, fully trained staff and members can bring their children in the upstairs cardio and circuit training room while they train!
Every member gets a free of charge health check if they so wish, which will measure blood pressure & resting heart rate, check weight, body fat and measurements to determine BMI. Personal Training Sessions can also be arranged with a qualified instructor from as little as £10 per session.
