Here at Cromwell Barn we are proud to be a forward thinking gym in the fitness industry. With more than 15 years experience and knowledge under the barn, moving with the times the Personal Trainers are fully qualified and adaptable to anybody's needs from fitness, health or just well being.
At Cromwell Barn you will feel welcome, accepted, and feel part of the team as we work to a very spontaneous system, in fitness sessions, classes, clubs and outside reach organisations. The friendly atmosphere created by the Cromwell Team see us being more of a community run gym rather than a council gym, meaning you can interact, book appointments with the Personal Trainers anytime you wish with NO extra charge, also enjoy a cup of tea with your workout or afterwards. The kettle is always on.!
