If you are new to CrossFit and would like to take your first steps to becoming a member, please register for our Foundations Course. Scheduled Course Dates for June: Week commencing 1st June & 22nd June 2015. Our Foundations consists of 4 evenings per week (Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri) starting at 7pm for 60 mins. All prospective members must complete our foundations course. This course is designed to teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit and give you the basic skills and knowledge to participate within the main classes.
