G14

I've gone from a size 16 to a size 10, lost 39lbs and 24cm from my waist. I feel so much healthier, fitter and have my confidence back. I cannot speak highly enough of the guys, they are all fantastic! If you are thinking about signing up at G14, it will be the best decision you have ever made.*

After years of frustration trying diets and various exercise classes, I was amazed by the results I achieved in just 3 months! I lost 22lbs, went from 28.5% body fat down to 19.5% and lost 10cm from my waist. I have more energy, confidence and feel like a new person.
