IQ Health and Fitness offers not only Chiropractic Care, Personal Training and Advanced Nutrition on an individual basis, but also interfaces regularly with each other when our clients require a specialised and bespoke health care package. IQ Health and Fitness are industry leaders in this concept and were the first to fuse health and fitness in the North Lincolnshire area; since then others have adopted a similar way of working which we view as attributable to our best practice. At IQ we are always evolving and since the early days of our initial concept we have evolved even further and are proud to announce our fully functioning Private Members Gym.
The Team at IQ are fully qualified within their respective fields and continue to update their practice through the continual professional development set by their respective governing bodies.
