Sarum CrossFit is the first one of its kind in Wiltshire and we are based in Salisbury, not far from Stonehenge. CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. We cater to all levels of fitness, whether a professional athlete, active sports person or a busy mum. All our workouts are scalable to suit the individual's needs.
