About the Business
As an independent gym, WR3 Fitness is helping the people of Worcester with their training, health and diet and also investing in the local economy. We specialise in taking an active interest in your fitness and wellbeing and providing you with the most up-to-date training practises and methodologies in a relaxed and informal environment where you will feel welcomed and motivated to achieve your personal fitness goals.
Our large studio has a sprung wooden dance floor, big mirrors and built in audio facilities. We run a variety of classes through out the week. Our gym has an excellent range of equipment so that you can vary your workout and we take equipment maintenance seriously to ensure that all equipment is 100% safe and always available. The studio is also available for hire.
We welcome members of any age, any condition, and no previous experience is necessary!
