Belper Pilates Studio

Belper Pilates Studio was established in 2011 in association with Belper Rehab Physio by Ruth Machej MCSP HCPC APPI. Ruth has 10 years experience in Physiotherapy and Sports Injury treatment as well as being an experienced APPI Pilates Instructor. Ruth is an ex-international level pole-vaulter and is currently a keen horse rider both of which require a high level of core stability function.

The classes are tailored for everyone regardless of age or ability. Our classes are attended by both men and women wishing to improve core stability, posture and alignment, improve general fitness and balance, and gain great stabilising muscles.
