Welcome to Ladypace gym Shrewsbury, the ultimate 30 minute fitness centre based in the heart of Shropshire. A customer friendly, family run business owned by husband and wife team Simon and Suzanne Shorrock. Established in January 2005, Ladypace was the first ladies only gym to open in Shropshire. Simon had worked within the fitness industry for almost 20 years, managing gyms and running his own Personal Training company ‘The Core', when he realised there was a gap in the market for a gym that catered solely for the needs of women. A gym with no men, no mirrors, and a place where ladies could achieve an effective workout without taking up too much of their time.
