We employ specialist personal trainers with additional qualifications in older adults, pre- and post-natal fitness, stroke, diabetes, low back pain, weight management, GP referral and cardiac rehab (amongst others!) so you can feel sure that we can manage any condition safely and effectively, whatever your requirements.
