Rivers Ibis Club

We have the latest equipment on site and fully qualified fitness instructors on hand to supervise and offer advice at any time during our opening hours. You will receive a fitness assessments when you first join; includes a blood pressure check, body fat percentage and a short fitness test. FREE fitness programmes and unlimited reassessments are also included and available throughout your membership.

If you need a little extra motivation, our instructors are able to give one to one tuition in a personal training session. Each instructor brings their own style and gives expert advice. Single sessions and courses of 5 and 10 sessions may be booked and paid for at club reception.
