Christine Hammond opened Lush Health Club in 2000 with the help of The Prince's Trust. She was inspired by her Husband, Murray and their beautiful Daughter, Paris. Her first salon was situated inCuffley and from there Christine's business accumen took the company from strength to strength. In 2001, The Prince's Trust were so impressed by her achievements they nominated her for Business Woman of the Year in Hertfordshire, which she went on to win.
We're all about fun and support our members to Aspire, Achieve and Advance no matter what your goals, as individuals and as gymnasts. We're registered with British Gymnastics and we're also GymMarkaccredited so you can be sure you're getting the best coaching. We've also won a number of awards but we don't let that go to our heads. Tom Richards is the Proprietor of Tom Richards Personal Training. With a strong background in competitive sport, he developed the knowledge about Training, Nutrition, Fitness and mental focusnecessary to drive himself to be able to compete with the best Athletes in Great Britain - A notion which led him to attaining 4th Place at the British Under 17 Athletics Championships in the Discipline of Javelin, in 2009.
