Gym owners Paul Armstrong & Tom Gold opened the doors to Strong Arms Gym, Alcester on 3rd November 2012. Since then we have continually strived to keep the most effective and functional equipment tohelp our members reach their goals. Our idea was to make an open plan warehouse gym for individuals who are serious about their health and fitness goals. We also wanted to make workouts different, more challenging and more interesting from your run of the mill commercial gym.

Get your child into physical activity and channel their energy. In this class you learn to implement the moves you have done to pass your belts. Most adults begin to spar after passing their firstbelt. Juniors usually spar after passing their second or third belt depending on their maturity, skill level and confidence. In this class you learn basic block and counters.

Our trainers are willing, energetic professionals with a history of competing as individuals and in teams at national level. Several of our team have enjoyed championship successes in a range ofsports such as wakeboarding, rugby, powerlifting and bodybuilding.
