For 3 years I was the regular training partner of 6x Mr. Olympia, Dorian Yates. I also trained with Mr. Universe Edward Kawak and Worlds Strongest Man, Bill Kazmier, I supervised the training of two members of TV's Gladiators, Khan and Nightshade. I have helped many individuals from all walks of life, with achieving their goals within the Gym, whether that is gaining size/weight, losing weight, toning up, improving fitness or preparing for Bodybuilding contests.

I have a vast knowledge of training, diet and supplementation and shall be here to assist and advice you, so that we can make your training more productive, whatever your goals.
