At Fitness 364 we run Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Attack and Body Balance classes so why not join in and enjoy our classes! Previously Fitness First, Fitness 364 is an independently owned Gym and Health Club located in Chelmsford just near the town centre. Fitness 364 provide a unique atmosphere and are hoping to become part of Chelmsford's community and landscape by providing a more individual approach to it's members away from some of the larger more corporate gyms.

We recognise that everyone is physically and mentally different and strongly believe in tailoring both our packages, classes and membership to reflect this. Whatever you want out of your fitness regime you will find us accommodating and helpful.
