Heartbeat Fitness Training

Having spent most of my teenage & adult life keeping fit, eating healthy & advising others to do the same, I was given the opportunity to learn how to do it professionally. After almost fifteen years in a passenger services job in the aviation industry I was made redundant.

Now instead of dealing with hundreds of people on a daily basis giving them only three minutes of my attention, I get to give my help, expertise & wholehearted attention to important individuals & watch them progress day by day.

I completed my Personal Fitness Instructor & Sports Massage Therapy training with Premier Training International in 2008, the UK's leading health & fitness provider. I am also registered with REPS, the Register of Exercise Professionals.
