I have been going to Progression Fitness gym for a year now and I can vouch for the friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. I have increased core/torso strength as a result of going to the gym regularly. Jon is an extremely proficient and caring instructor. If you want to join a small friendly gym, you won't be disappointed with Progression! I have been a member of Progression Fitness since February 2009, I started going once a week and now go four times a week! Progression is exactly what this gym is about! Progression Fitness is such a friendly gym. People smile and say hello/goodbye. Jon and his staff are superb and always ready to help.
