A gym floor should be able to cater for all workout needs and at Empire the gym floor does exacly that with our large range of strength and cardio equipment from manufacturers including Cybex, Concept2 and Jordan.

Your passion deserves everything you can give it. If you love cycling, you'll love our dedicated group cycling facility. Built with you and our instructors in mind it features 16 Schwinn IC Pro bikes, integrated sound system, disco lights and full fresh air - air conditioning.
