There are literally a million diets on the market and I'm gonna bet a small fortune that you've tried most of them. The thing to remember is that EVERY DIET WILL WORK if you follow it right BUT you need the right support and help too. At The Fitness Academy we're able to help you find the right diet for you, but then we're able to help you follow it too. We have seen unbelievable success with Mums and Dads who follow the Herbalife Nutrition plan which is based around having a Shake for Breakfast to keep you full for the morning and to help you avoid making unhealthy choices later in the day. To help you along, we'll meet with you weekly, either alone or in a group. We'll set you up with a calorie counter on your mobile and give one of our Academy Team members access to your diary to check your progress, and we'll ensure you check in regularly to make sure you are progressing.
