Body Vibes is an exciting new Power Plate studio in Belfast's Lisburn Road. Short classes and BIG results. Many people have difficulty finding sufficient time and energy to achieve their health andfitness objectives. If you are new to CrossFit and would like to take your first steps to becoming a member, please register for our Foundations Course. Scheduled Course Dates for June: Week commencing 1st June & 22ndJune 2015. Our Foundations consists of 4 evenings per week (Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri) starting at 7pm for 60 mins. All prospective members must complete our foundations course.
